Problem
• Small organizations struggle to design new projects with lack of resources, in house design skills and funds to hire externally
• Current public design resources are not beginner friendly and difficult to teach organizations on a larger scale
Solution
The Creative Capacity Lab is a community-centered online resource that translates real-world design engagements into accessible toolkits with design strategies for nonprofit and civic organizations, which is based on UT Austin's successful prototyping workshops with KUT Public Media.

Onboard community leaders to use the toolkit
Teach leaders about design and how to guide their communities to practice design
Provide printable resources to use in real life workshops
My Role
As the main UX Design intern, I lead the design of the website by defining the core user flows, prototyping our wireframes into our polished high-fidelity screens, and shaped the visual identity. Throughout our research process, I created journey maps and information architectures to visualize a smooth user experience throughout the website.
